This camp is designed to provide an introduction to key concepts of agility, speed, and strength in sports. The participants will experience proper dynamic warmups; functional agility, speed, and strength workouts; and proper cool downs. A variety of exercise modalities will be used to build upon the core concepts; including, but not limited to: body weight exercises, kettlebell/dumbbell exercises, agility exercises, and explosive speed and power exercises.
This is a great opportunity for both beginners and experienced athletes at Traughber.
