A summer-long strength, speed, and conditioning program designed for returning OHS athletes. Athletes will learn & refine technique on movements, while developing strength, speed, explosiveness, and coordination to prepare for their upcoming seasons. Each session will include 30 minutes of speed/agility work & 60 minutes of a combination of weight training and conditioning.
Athletes will work directly with Coach Hugunin, who is the Panther Power coordinator at OHS.
High School Camp Registrants:
All high school camp registrants (9-12 grade) MUST be attending the High School they are registering for in the fall of 2024 per IHSA Rules. (i.e. OE students can NOT register at OHS and Benet students can NOT register at OHS or OEHS)
